This workshop is open to faculty and staff only.
This workshop aimed at helping employees successfully navigate organizational change. It provides all the necessary tools and knowledge for teams to adopt changes and ensure minimal disruption to organizational operations. Learning objectives include understanding how to adapt when change alters workplace relationships, practising self-care during transition and stress, and using effective transition skills to successfully navigate the friction and complexity that are often part of implementing and scaling change.
