My role is really about providing support to others so that they<\/em> can lead. \u00a0I accomplish this in several ways: \u00a0developing and researching eLearning options for campus, supporting Universal Design for Learning initiatives related to teaching and learning, and supporting those who are travelling through the UTC <\/a>certificates as a mentor. \u00a0Additionally, I am a partner in establishing a scholarship at the University of Windsor, entitled Unearthing and Recognizing Potential Scholarship. \u00a0Anytime I can facilitate someone improving their own potential, I would like to try!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
