Also, I have several goals to research and implement (if the institutional goals match) that I\u2019ve been exposed to at the conferences I\u2019ve attended from the past.\u00a0 This includes learning more about the data analytics module we have embedded, coupled with data governance and the ethics that are entailed with managing large systems.\u00a0 Further, we have a new set of Microsoft 365 tools complete with programming and automation features that could enhance several elements of end-user support.\u00a0 Finally, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and the institution’s response to supporting campus, we have two new software systems entitled YuJa (enterprise video system) and BetterExaminations exam management and eAssessment platform begging to be played with and devoured in understanding.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
