Jenni Hayman
Jenni is a Learning Designer and works for higher education institutions as part of ongoing practice and research (a profession that ensures income). She currently works as a Program Manager with the eCampusOntario team. In her work she partners with educators from 45 colleges and universities in Ontario, Canada to explore excellence in online and technology-enabled teaching and learning. Jenni is also working on her Doctor of Education (Ed.D) in Leadership and Innovation at Arizona State University (year 3 of 3). Her current research focus is Sensemaking and the use of Open Educational Resources (OER) in post-secondary contexts. Jenni is an extremely proud member of the Global OER Graduate Network, a wonderful, world wide community of practice.
