Via Rail is the official ground transportation company for the 2016 EDC Conference.

• Discount: 10% off the best available fare in Economy, Economy Plus, Business, Business Plus, Sleeper, or Sleeper Plus class. Subject to the conditions and restrictions of the fare plan to which the additional discount is being applied. Discount does not apply in any Escape Class fares.
• The travel period begins February 14, 2016 and ends February 19, 2016.
• The territory includes: all stations throughout the VIA system to Windsor, Ontario and return.

By Air

Those traveling via air to the conference can fly into either Windsor Airport in Canada, or Detroit Metropolitan Airport in the United States. Air Canada and Porter fly directly into the Windsor Airport, which is 15 minutes from the host hotel. Those flying into Detroit, US will need a valid passport. Detroit Airport is approximately a 40-60 minutes from the host hotel, and finding participants to share the cost of a taxi service is recommended.
