Exploring Educational Leadership: People, Networks, Practices
It takes leadership – vision, influence, and action – to improve teaching and learning in your own context and community. Many educational leaders acquire these skills the hard way – on their own without a supportive network. Networks and communities of practice can make us more resilient and informed in the face of the many challenges we face as instructors, educational developers, and change agents.
In anticipation of the May 2015 Windsor-Oakland conference, Leading Change in Teaching and Learning, this highly interactive session will explore how you are or can be an educational leader through innovation and best practices in your own classroom and beyond, serving as a model for your colleagues, and bringing about change.
