Patsy Paxton

Dr. Paxton is a Senior Researcher in the South Africa-Norway Tertiary Education Development Program (SANTED). Prior to her current position, Patsy was the Academic Director of the Auckland University of Technology (NZ). She provides a multi-institutional, international perspective.
