Anthony Meloche
Anthony Meloche is a learning professional with 20 year experience in organizational learning and development. Currently he works as a Leadership and Learning Advisor with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. As a lifelong learner he has completed his BA Liberal and Professional Studies (University of Windsor 2010), Master of Education (Memorial University 2015) and is completing his Doctor of Educational Leadership (Western University). His 9 years as a board member with the Organization of Part-time University Students (University of Windsor 2006-2015) has enriched his understanding of university culture and identity. His expertise and passion for academic and organizational learning is evident in the hundreds of programs he has designed, facilitated and evaluated in a traditional and on-line setting. His research and applied expertise focus on experiential learning, evaluation, leadership, and coaching and organizational improvement. Additionally he holds a University Teaching Certificate (University of Windsor), Certificate in Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation, and is a certified member of the Institute for Performance and Learning.
