Ray Darling
Ray Darling has worked for over 30 years in higher education. He previously served as the University Registrar at the University of Guelph from 2017 to 2023, the University Registrar at the University of Waterloo from 2014 to 2017 and the University Registrar at Wilfrid Laurier University from 2007 to 2014. He completed his BA in English Literature and his MA in Political Science at the University of Guelph where he also played varsity basketball. Ray is a past Chair of the Ontario University Registrar’s Association and was previously the Chair of the Ontario University Council on Admissions. He has presented at conferences across North America, published in the College and Universities Journal, and completed external reviews for universities across Canada. Ray taught Public Administration in the Political Science departments at both Laurier and Guelph.
