Mita Williams
Mita Williams is the User Experience Librarian at the Leddy Library and has been wrestling with citations and citation formats for years now. She is an advocate of tools and technologies that fit the particular needs and habits of the individual. That might mean that Zotero is the right research tool for you – but it might not be (she won’t be personally offended if isn’t). She also never exactly knows whether to refer to herself in the third or first person in her bio. Either way sounds odd to her.
