Carolyn Rauti
Carolyn Rauti is a PhD student in the Applied Social Psychology program at the University of Windsor, with a research emphasis in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. As an enthusiast of health and well-being in the workplace, her current research focuses on burnout and work/life balance. Carolyn is currently the President of the Psychology Graduate Council, and works as a research assistant for the campus-wide Bystander Initiative to mitigate sexual assault.
