Natalie Beltrano
Hi, my name is Natalie Beltrano; I am a PhD Candidate in the School of Social Work and a Learning Specialist at the Center for Teaching and Learning at the University of Windsor (as well as a dog-mom and aunt). I worked in child welfare for approximately 12 years before I pursued my doctoral research on child welfare workers’ characteristics, beliefs, biases, and anti-Black racism on decision-making. Though I love research, I am dedicated to teaching and learning. I have taught at both the collegiate and university level. I strive to create inclusive, equitable spaces to support brave conversations to promote transformation in higher education.
