Shamara Nicholson
Shamara Nicholson (she/her) is a PhD student in the Applied Social Psychology program at the University of Windsor. She identifies as an activist-scholar and values collaborative, community-based forms of teaching and learning. She has worked as a GA for a few undergraduate courses, and she offers private individualized and group English instruction to Canadian newcomers of all ages. Her academic interests include writing, facilitation, qualitative research, and knowledge translation. She is always open to learning new tools and strategies that make room for the languages of historically marginalized populations in research and academia.
