Scott Cowan
Scott R. Cowan is an information services librarian, with responsibility for the School of Creative Arts, Faculty of Education, Office of Open Learning, and questions regarding Copyright. Along with supporting Open Educational Resources and instructional planning, he also focuses on information literacy and student experiences. Prior to working at the University of Windsor, Scott was a middle and high school teacher in Saskatchewan. He received his Master of Library and Information Science degree from the University of Western Ontario and BMusEd and BEd degree from the University of Saskatchewan.
