This session will provide specific Blackboard Training to Service Desk staff in order to facilitate common tasks such as:

• managing other frequently asked questions posed by instructors and students including:
• adding a GA/TA/Departmental Support to site,
• adding a file to a Content Area (i.e. Syllabus, PPT, or embed a web link),
• adding a tool to the course menu,
• sending an announcement,
• accessing help,UWindsor sites video
• many more scenarios that are covered in the Tiered Triage support document.
